When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use our API, we collect API call logs, agent identifiers you provide, and memory content you explicitly store.
Email: to notify you of early access availability and product updates. API data: to provide the service, ensure uptime, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe. API data is retained per your account's plan settings (30 days on Hatchling, configurable on paid plans).
We use Cloudflare for infrastructure, Stripe for billing, and Resend for transactional email. Each has their own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
